To be honest no I dont. Not cuz I want them to be dirty I just dont think they get dirty down there and I would imagine when I wash my hair that the shampoo would kinda soak it. And I also get my ears when I scrub my hair and scalp. But I dont make it like a chore to be honest.

no , and i have pretty good hygiene i just never thought about it washing there but now i am thinking about it and looking in the mirror it still looks pretty clean back there

yes behind and in front! I use the shampoo to do it right after i finish scrubbing my hair with it! gets rid of all that nasty oily buildup

well,i wash my neck so i guess i do.but i have an obsession about being clean and when i shower i scrub all my body parts thoroughly.
