Try this: From Windows Desktop press the "Start" button.
Go to "My Computer"
Right - click on "Local Disk C" Under the Hard
Disk Drives section
Click on Format (under scan with Norton antivirus on my computer)
Double - click on that.
obviously I dont know what happens after that. Good Luck

If you buy your computer from a PC store, chance is it has a "recovery disk". This will reformat your hard disk, kill the virus if your PC has, reinstall your Windows, your "pre-installed" applications.
At the same time, you will loose everything you had added after you bought your PC.
Good luck,

turn the pc on and insert the operating system installation disk and click to install the software. after it has done so an option will come up to tell you how you want to format the disk drives before installing the program.
if you don't want to do that, then go to your disk drive and right-click on it and click the option to format.

I'm not so sure you want to do this. If you don't already know how to do it, you might not be aware of the consequences. This is really something best left to people who know what they are doing.
