out of the above people i would have to stay monica cause iam old school and the girl can sing.i love Cassie's u and me though,lol.but the top three best female singers in my opinion are Aaliyah,no one you listed can compete with the soul and depth of her voice ,for someone so young her voice was beautiful and its a shame shes gone,whitney Houston and mariah carey cause they really can hit those high notes.
