My hairline is receding. The top of my hair is also thinning. Any solutions? Diet, supplements, products, i need some suggestions. Something that has worked for you or others that you know.

I'm not sure if this works or not, but on my bottle of Rosemary essential oil, it says to mix 5 drops rosemary, 2 drops lavender, and 1 tbs. of jojoba oil to help stimulate hair growth. It doesn't say for how long, but my guess would be to leave it on for 15-30 minutes.

I wouldn't worry too much about your hair thinning though. You're a guy and that's common for that to happen. Besides, I think it's kinda sexy. There's probably a lot of girls out there who would agree with me too. =)

Dan,
Seems like you are experiencing male pattern baldness. Take Propecia and use Rogaine. Both are FDA approved and will help most people keep the hair they have and may thicken your hair on the crown area, but dont expect growth since growth only occurs in some, not most, cases. Its more effective at retaining your hair. Propecia works internally. It blocks DHT, the hormone that is causing your hair to fall out. Rogaine works on your scalp, but doesnt block DHT, it stimulates your hair follicles. You should use both for best results.

When I was losing hair, I saved it in a cigar box. Still have all of it.

This is something you should talk with your doctor about first.
