Your weight is good for your height. Drinking milk is also good. Some boys shoot up more around age 16 to 18. If you don't, don't worry about it. There's a lot of 5'4" women who would love to have you for a date.

When I was growing up I thought that a particular neighbor boy that I went to school with was a doll! Just as cute as he could be. All of the girls treated him like a little brother because he was so much shorter than we were, even when we were in high school. Then one day in my freshman year in college, I heard the professor call out his name. I turned around and that young man had sprung up inches!! over the summer, even since graduation!! Same with my brother, he was smallish until 12th grade, then he shot up! I guess it depends upon your family, but my brother is around 6'2 and my dad is only 5'10 and mom is 5'5. Ask your family, especially dad and uncles how it was for them. Good luck!

Exercise moderately, eat a healthy diet, and sleep well. You grow in your sleep, you know! And if you don't eat a healthy diet, your body won't have anything to work with. And having some stress on your bones is good for them. You might grow a little bit more, but I think you're close to finishing. A good indication is to look at your parents. Chances are you'll be about as tall as they are. Relax! You'll get along just fine if you're a little shorter than other people. Good night!

It's possible that you could grow a bit more, but I doubt it, especially if you have only grown two inches since you were fourteen. But you should probably try to get more exercise and you should drink milk EVERY day...like three or four cups.

The only thing you can be sure of as for as growth is concerned is that it is determined by your genes...not what you eat or drink.
