Each seat would be facing each other up against the side panels instead of facing the front. Then the seat belts would have to be installed if possible.

I have a friend that installed bucket seats behind 3rd row, He made it so he can pop seats out when not needed, Just do to the fact that installing the seats makes the back of the truck useless

It would be a matter of finding someone who knew how to do this. Station wagons used to have rear seats facing each other, just as you are describing, but they stopped manufacturing them that way when seat belts became mandatory.

You could probably fit an additional small bench in behind facing back if you wanted. Are you Mormon?
