Its an emotion that god gave us. We have tears for a reason to let the anger out. Nothing is wrong with a good cry we all need to do that a time or two.

That's why God made tears......hurt is a reaction, and consaquently tears follow. Crying also releases, a lot of stress.... and allows you to cope for a while.... until another session..... then after you have cried enough, you find that your heart, is not as saddened any more. Crying is also the safest emotion.

It's not the quickest. We could choose to laugh as easily as to choose to cry. It is your choice.

It is a response since you were born. When you were upset you cried and someone would feed you, change you, hold you. Then it became a defense mechanism. It is a way to release emotions instead of keeping them inside.

because u hurt so you will cry la! when you feel hurt your eye will feel sour, so tears will down from your eye! this is a nature! do reject your feeling oh!!
