Wandering around, I saw your message and the two non-answers. Did you look in the Yellow Pages phone book under "Costumes"? When I lived in Wichita many years ago there were several that I remember because we used them, but it was 40 years ago.

There are places on the internet that sell a lot of costumes, I think it would be much easier to search there than a store.
