No, no hippo's butt (sounds kinky, tho), just a very tame history! Be kind!

ShaMayMay (you may & I dint, ha):
Yeah, I kinda' had that impression - - - or more like WEIRD, but that notion seems lamer by the minute. Nasty would really mean painful/dehumanizing, hmm?

Hidisar: ...and she wouldn't even baptize every room in the house with you? Whoa:(

Jedi Baptist: I see, it's all about the balance for each one. You sure put it in a nutshell (hmm, that sounds kinky).

Kinky is fun! Kinky is having sex on the beach. Kinky is flopping it out in a cab and having someone go down. Kinky is playing dress ups. Kinky is everything your folks would cringe at today but tried themselves before you were born! ;-)

Kinky is relative, a lot of people think being in bed with 13 men is kinky. I thought it was fun.

Kinky is in the eye of the beholder. My ex was totally vanilla. She thought anything other than at home in the bedroom was way too kinky for her. Now you know why she is my ex!

"Kinky is anything I haven't tried yet." (g)

Kink, in my experience, is a generic catchterm that covers a LOT of alternative sexual behaviors. It's been generally used to describe the BDSM (bondage, domination, sadism, and masochism) lifestyle, BUT ALSO generally can be expanded to include Gay/Lesbian/bisexual lifestyles, polyamory, crossdressing, transgender/transsexuality, erotic roleplays, erotic power exchange, and a whole BUNCH of other things that tend to turn people on.
Your mileage (and definitions) may vary.

The basic mantra in the responsible Kink community is pretty much boiled down to "keep it safe, sane, and consensual".

See the Wikipedia article on BDSM for general discussion and a number of useful links for a start.

kinky is a cute word.

I think that word is dated....like 'necking' or 'petting'. Isn't kinky another word for nasty?

Something that pushes you outside of your normal sexual comfort zone, but you think or know would turn you on
