Make a solid argument why you think Michael Jackson is guilty of child molestation.?

Please do not comment on his sexual preference (because none of us know)... Please make a logical argument.

Personally, I am an avid Michael Jackson fan and will defend him to death. I have a pretty solid opinion on the trial and verdict. I would just like someone to give me a solid argument on why he should have been convicted other than he is creepy or gay.

Moreover, it is great if you think Michael Jackson did not commit the act of child molestation (legally and officially he didn't)... but I am really looking for people who think Michael Jackson is guilty of child molestation and can create a logical argument.

A very valid point has been made... This may or may not be apart of your argument (guilty or not guilty)...

Obviously, Michael has not shown us he is capable of "normal ways of thinking" in society standards (ie: no adults sharing beds with children)... does this more or less say that Michael could have been (or could be) potentially more or less guilty of molestation?

I wasn't sure how to answer this question, but then I saw the answer posed in another person's question. If you had kids, would you let Michael Jackson babysit them? You know deep down, if you were a conscientious parent, you wouldn't, because there only needs to be a seed of doubt. If there's even a chance he did what he's accused of (and at least admit that the accusations themselves are scary), then he should not be alone with another child. I was a huge fan and I still enjoy his music, but too much of what he has admitted to and is even proud of sounds so, so wrong to me. As an adult (let alone as a parent), it is unthinkable to me that I would take another person's child into my bed, whether it was "just to sleep" or not. I wouldn't do it -- not because I'm a pedophile -- but because it's wrong from the viewpoint of society and normal thinking people. The fact that he doesn't "get" this, doesn't make him guilty of anything other than being naive, but he is the one who makes his own self sound and appear suspicious, I'm afraid. I realize this does not say that he should have been convicted, but I did want to have discussion with you on it. I don't know. I honestly don't. But I know I would not sleep well at night if I knew I was responsible for allowing him access to another child, just because something doesn't sound right there. Don't you share any of those feelings? I think we need to always err on the side of protecting an innocent child. You may disagree, and I would understand that.

Michael Jackson is not guilty!!! He is INNOCENT!!!
These people who accused him needed money and they were sure that if they say something bad about Mike they will get a lot of money from him cuz he doesn't want any trouble.
He likes kids, but not the way some people think. He helps children and he would do anything for them, he would NEVER hurt a child.

I can't make a solid case why he is guilty because there never has been any evidence! I believe as you do that he is Innocent with all my heart! The trial was a joke with more holes in it than a colander!

I don't think Jackson "molested" children. Maybe he might have been seen naked or something like that by some child, but does that make him guillty of molestation? But then again, maybe he did molest someone and got away with it. You want a good argument of why he might have got away with it: here is one. Did OJ Simpson murder his wife or not? Think about it. Do rich people get away with crimes? Something to consider.

I didn't believe him guilty then and I dont' now. Not like the Catholic priests at least.

i don't care about the 50 points ! but i do like michael he is a music genius and he , just like any of us has problems but only because he is famous and rich we ponder more on it and who cares if he is gay or not i don't even think about it i just appreciate his music and him as a human being and i do like his style and finnesse.
