I really would like to know if a party with the following description exist:

1. Economically very liberal (more taxes on the rich and less taxes on the poor).
2. Free post secondary education for all (college).
3. Extreme work on trying to advance all people below the poverty line by giving them extra training or whatever else help they need to achieve a better life.
4. Free health care.
5. Religious (in all its ways).
6. Uses war as a last option (good foreign policy so that everyone likes us).

I know the religious part is a turn off to alot of people, but I am not asking for opinions, I am asking wether or not it exists.

Thank you for your help (I have been reading online for a while but to no avail), take care, and remember to please be polite.

Sounds like America to me, I have free healthcare.
I received free education through grants.
Our economy is very Liberal, the poor do get taxed less than the rich. I know I am taxed more than the guy making minimum wages.
We have Special training and free traing for minorities, and Legal immigrants.
We have all the religions in the world free to worship here. including Devil worship.
War is always a last option, we even give warnings. Drop leaflets etc.

Good Luck on your search for a better Democracy (party) than ours.

Many Democrats would agree with your sentiments. I don't think the Democratic party platform really matches up, however, since sadly enough the Democrats' best chances for winning elections and moving forward is to present themselves as Republicans-lite.

Religion might be an exception to a few but not many.

Still, you're way, way closer to the Democrats than the far more conservative GOP.

Not sure about parties, but I think it was the governor of Wisconsin who recently promised high school grads there who wanted to go to college would be able to go. Pretty good idea. The GI Bill sent lots of people to college after WWII, and the middle class came into existence as a result.

Al Gore Killer, you're wrong. That would be a Socialist Party. To answer your question, no, no such place exist, but it needs to be. No one realizes in history that revolutions started when there was no Middle Class, you were either rich or very poor. This country needs to watch for that...

They all exist, just not together in the same government. The closest I could see a government being to that would probably be Sweden.

I can assure you that that type of part doesn't exist in the current U.S., however, some of those points would be nice to have. Sorry if this isn't of more help.
