A problem being faced by many people. The problem comes due to our constant tension (unknown) thinking/uneasiness /memory of unhappy past moments of life and indigestion. How to get rid of it:

1. Take Clonazepam 0.25 mg (half tablet) before meal or any other medicines which cools the mind.
2. Take a medicine which stops pumping of extra acid inside stomach (do not substitute it with antacid tables)such as combination of Raberazol sodium and Mosapride.
3. For immediate use take some antacid liquors 3 spoons.
Please take it under medical supervision.

Everyone has gas in the digestive tract.

People often believe normal passage of gas to be excessive.

Gas comes from two main sources: swallowed air and normal breakdown of certain foods by harmless bacteria naturally present in the large intestine.

Many foods with carbohydrates can cause gas. Fats and proteins cause little gas.

Foods that may cause gas include

beans
vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, onions, artichokes, and asparagus
fruits, such as pears, apples, and peaches
whole grains, such as whole wheat and bran
soft drinks and fruit drinks
milk and milk products, such as cheese and ice cream, and packaged foods prepared with lactose, such as bread, cereal, and salad dressing
foods containing sorbitol, such as dietetic foods and sugarfree candies and gums

The most common symptoms of gas are belching, flatulence, bloating, and abdominal pain. However, some of these symptoms are often caused by an intestinal disorder, such as irritable bowel syndrome, rather than too much gas.

The most common ways to reduce the discomfort of gas are changing diet, taking nonprescription medicines, and reducing the amount of air swallowed.

Digestive enzymes, such as lactase supplements, actually help digest carbohydrates and may allow people to eat foods that normally cause gas.

Spices&Spirit is the main culprit, try to avoid them.Take your dinner atleast one hour before going to bed and avoid coffee after dinner. Natural way to get rid of acidity is to take cold milk instead of hot beverages.

Well I think there are certain pills to take for acne, for example, I THINK erythromycin helps it. You can probably get this prescribed from your doctor. About the scars, have you tried the product Bio Oil? That was made specifically for scars and stretch marks etc. But most scars become less noticeable over time, so if you can make the acne go away, hopefully the scars will improve themselves.

whether the acidity is in your stomach or acidity in the soil, the way to get rid of it is by using a base(alkaline) to neutralize it. the base usually contains calcium. it dilutes the acid.

the reason for acid/alkaline is the movement of hydrogen to or from a substance.

You are eating to many acidic foods, switch to a more alkalizing diet which is basically plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Almost everything else you are eating is acidic to your body.

If you mean stomach acidity, try celery. Over-the-counter antacids work but if you use them too much your stomach starts making more acid. Plus antacids interfere with digestion if taken soon after meals.
