Agassi rocks, and the US OPEN fans are the best in the world. It is absolute pandemonium at his matches. I have to say , my appreciation of Baghdatis went up a ton tonight.

Agassi Rocks! Agassi is also a teacher. We learn that to be great you must fight to the end.Leave it all on the court. The same goes for what ever you want be good at.Agassi also gives back by helping needy children.Like Monica Seles(Serbia) his parents came from a nation the USA is not on the best terms with ( Iran). They are both Americans both nations can agree has made us all proud.Good luck our hero Agassi

No doubt. He rocks. I'm a LONGTIME Agassi fan and was on an emotional rollercoaster in this one. However, if his body gives out on him after this, SHAME ON HIM for not closing it out at 4-0 in the fourth.

Can you say, "get a first serve in"?

Still - a heck of a match played at a high level. Too bad for Baghdatis that his fitness forsook him.

That was a GREAT match! Definitely one of the best I've seen in a long time. But I did feel bad for Baghdatis when he was cramping. But Agassi did a great job catching up.

When I saw the word Agassi, my first thought your question was about the sun-dried tomato Agassi Cheese Bread. (smile) At least I got a laugh on me tonight. That shows you how new I am at all this.

I hope Baghdatis didn't take too much out of Agassi because I want him to retire a US Open Champion. I like my boy Nadal to take over the reigns and I like Federer except he reminds me too much of Pete Sampras.

Baghdatis will be around as well - he reminds me of the Monk character on the show "Monk."

i think he does. not only coz of his win tonight but also what he has given to tennis. as tennis fans he has given us so many great matches and he always aplauds the fan and always during interviews he speaks highly of the fans. he is just a superb sportsman and i hope he can go out witha bang and win the US open, just like sampras did before he retired.
