No it is not. The bill that the congress was considering is years away from being passed. I think that there will never be a bill passed like that for one main reason, and that is money. The on-line poker industry has lots of money and lots of lawyers to fight any bill that is passed by the government. The on-line poker room spend lots of cash to lobby the senate so they won't pass such a bill. It's the same reason that the tobacco industry is still around, and that is a lot of money and power.
