I am 5 months pregnant and haven't gained any weight until now, and at my doctor's appointment today I found out that I gained 8 1/2 pounds this month alone! In my last pregnancy I didn't start gaining until I was 5 months along, but it came on SO fast. I gained 41 pounds by the time I delivered. I don't want to do that this time.
What did you do to keep yourself in check while pregnant, but not by being a work out phene and obsessed about what you ate? I still want to enjoy my pregnancy, but don't want to gain too much!

The best thing for you and your weight is to try to get into a routine. Try taking a walk every night after dinner. That will work off some calories and is really good for you while your pregnant.
Try to drink a lot of water. That is really good also. Drink lots of water. It will fill you up so you wont want to snack a lot.
Try not to go to any fast food places. That will definitely help keep your weight down.
Good luck.

ok Kasie back we would desire to have a straightforward denominator and a pair of situations 5 is 10, divide 2 into 10 = 5 and 5X1 = 5 so we've 5/10 and 2nd fraction 5 gos into 10 , 2 situations and 2x4 is 8 so our fractions are 5/10 and eight/10 So as quickly as we subtract 7 5/10 from 8 8/10 we get a million&3/10 so the respond is a million 3/10

My first pregnancy I gained 40 pounds...in one month I gained 10 pounds. But some how I managed to only gain 20 pounds in my second. I have to admit that I did make an effort to eat healthier and less, but that's about it. I think you should be fine since this time you are aware of what's going on.

Just enjoy your pregnancy. With both of my pregnancies i gained 50-53 lbs. After i delivered i went back to watching my diet.I didn't even have to watch. With a toddler and a newborn i didn't have time to eat,i just ate my son's leftovers.I lost all the weight that i gained. So enjoy your food, late night ice creams and have a careless pregnancy. You have a whole lifetime to diet.

You don't have to be obsessed about what you eat, but it's good to eat healthy for your sake and for the fetus' sake. Also try walking for a half hour everyday..My wife when she was pregnant last year walked to work everyday, and it's very good for you and the baby.
