Try not to drink too much water and go to piss before bed. If it doesn't help, you should go to see doctor.

Maybe deep sleeping. Most people wet the bed due to the inability of the body to respond and wake up to the full bladder. If you are a deep sleeper, you are also probably having vivid or detailed dreams. When I was young, I would wake up, go to the bathroom, turn on the light, raise the seat, pee, flush, wash, turn out the light, and walk back to my room. But I really just dreamed this, and often would wake up to wet underwear. Later I would have similar dreams of going to the mens room or a bathroom, but always there would be something wrong-the cat was sitting on the seat, or there was a line I had to wait in, or there was something wrong with the plumbing. I think this was my body fighting back against my dreams---I could not pee, and then would wake up needing to go urgently. Try that-if you are dreaming you are peeing, manipulate your dream to keep you from doing it. Also realize it is only a dream and you should wake up if you are about to pee in the dream.

Could be a lot of things. Most likely a medical condition that could be easily treated. May be a bladder infection, or a prostate problem. You have to see a doctor to get the answer.
