Hey, (this is to northwest Ohio Steve) when I was a single mom, I did a GREAT job of raising my child and she is a biomechanical Enginnering major at UT.........How can you say that is selfish???? Anyway dear, if you meet someone and fall in love and you happen to get pregnant, it won't cost a dime.......If you want to be implanted that can cost thousands of dollars.....If you want to adopt a baby, there's plenty out there that need homes......

Why would you want to have a kid by yourself? I can tell you from personal experience that it's hard enough taking care of kids with two parents, but I definitely couldn't do it by myself.
You need to think long and hard about why you'd want raise a child on your own. If you're unable to write with correct grammar while asking a serious question, then maybe you aren't that serious about wanting a child in the first place.

Nevertheless Ms Thang, A kid reallly does deserve to be raised by both a man and a woman. My opinion perhaps-- but I know the majority is with me on this one.
