The best thing to do is copy what you want to print and paste it in ms word or works or whether word processing program you are using. This should solve the problem. If not goto options on your browser, then internet options then click on the advance tab. Scrool down the list and select the box which states print background and images or deselect it. this should help.

I have Microsoft Word, sometimes I HIGHLIGHT everything I want to print by right clicking the mouse on the words and then right clicking the highlighted information and selecting COPY, then going to a blank page in Microsoft Word right clicking the mouse and selecting PASTE.
That puts everything on a clean sheet and I print that out. Pictures can be saved and inserted too.

When you are on the email page, looking at the email, look up, look at the top of your browser for a printer icon. Right click this and choose print, follow the prompts.
All this assuming you have a printer which has a good connection, paper and ink.

It depends on what program you are opening the email in. Are you using your internet browser, or a client program like Outlook express. If the websight has a print link use that, not the one on your browser. If that doesn't work, open the email into MS word and print it from there.
