As far as I know, it is not only the clit that can bring a woman to orgasm, so i suppose it would be possible. Not knowing enough about it, I wouldn't want to give a concrete answer.

I personally wouldnt know if its possible or not, but concidering alot of nerves are cut when they do that, I would think it would be pretty "dead" to the touch, so you wouldnt get the stimulation needed for an orgasm.

They do that in another country ,so I wouldn't know . But did see it on tv where they did that to girls.
