my friend told me that if you have one testicle (did i spell it correct?) bigger than the other you have cancer? is it true or false. so i can prove him wrong.

That's not true at all. Most guys have one testicle that is larger than the other. It should only be a tiny bit bigger though. If it's noticeably bigger that's a problem.

don't think so the right side is a little bigger than the left one just as the same with our arms,hands feets..but if you worrying then go see a doctor
