There is only ONE respectable thing to do at this point. Dump his sorry *** and move on. You have been playing seconds to his wife for 4 years without you even knowing it. That is absolutely unforgettable. You deserve to be #1 in a man's life not the other woman. Besides, your relationship up to this point has been a complete lie. Move on and fast.

Did he finally tell you or is he now claiming all these things, because you found out?
Consider this: He betrayed his wife(put yourself in her shoes). Revoked his vows, committed adultery...the list is long. And he's been dishonest with you.
I have no understanding for anyone that could do this to me. It's tasteless and disrespectful.
Having said this,it ain't easy letting go,when you've put all of YOURSELF out there. Maybe this will make it easier: Don't reward him(by staying with him)for his behavior, his lack of respect for you,his wife, women. He can say all he wants, that he wanted to tell you, guess what,he didn't. And He could have and chose not to. Bump that crap about "I was afraid of loosing you" How 'bout,he doesn't deserve you, because you don't deserve to be lied to,misled.
It takes a lot of effort/strength to let go,be strong sista,YOU ARE WORTHY...OF MUCH MORE THAN THAT!!!! Stay strong,Y.

If you do forgive him, that doesn't change the fact that he is still Married. You have to decide for yourself whether or not you deserve a boy like that. If he did leave his wife for you, how would you know if he wouldnt do the same 2 you. Me..It would break my heart, but I would leave him. Because I know I deserve better, and obviously it wasnt meant to be with him or he wouldnt be Married, or have lied to me for 4 years out of my life. Good luck.

Tell him to go to hell. If he really loved you in the first place he wouldn't have been lying to you all this time. That isn't love. You've been living a lie now live the truth. Get out, spend sometime with your friends, make new friends, spend time alone- one day you'll find a better, more honest love and he'll seem like a dim, distant memory. You'll wonder what you saw in him in the first place. You deserve better. Don't let him talk you into his game.

You couldn't pay me to be in your shoes! The guy is basically a dog. Unless you want to spend the rest of your life miserable and alone (because he'll be spending time with his family instead of you) have some self respect, pack his **** up and leave his *** hanging.

I would tell him to take a hike. If he didn't respect you enough to tell you that vital piece of information, especially after 4 years,I don't see how it could get any better. You deserve more than that. If he lied about that, he will lie more. Believe me!

I wouldn't do either. I would just leave... Don't be another one of his victims.
Who's to say he is ever going to leave his wife for you? How do you know he hasn't done this before? How do you know you aren't the only mistress? Does he have kids? What kind of cold hearted bastard would do this not only to a woman he vowed "death till us part" to, but if he has kids???

I would be angry and it would take a while to forgive him for lying but under one condition....He would have to prove his love for you by getting a divorced. If not and he gives excuses, then dump him. Simple as that.

I would tell him that if he loved you so much, why did he not be honest with you in the first place????? Sounds to me like he's full of chit, and you'll never be the main person in his life as long as his wife is around........Sorry for being blunt, dear, but if you left him alone, you'd be saving yourself a whole bunch of grief......Take care of YOU..............
