I have been taking a packet of that Kraft Macaroni and cheese singles. You put 3/4 cup of water in it and stick it in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes and then pour the packet of cheese on it and stir it. It is 4 grams of fat
I add my own can of tuna drained which is about 2 grams of fat and mix it up like tuna helper. Its very cheap and easy to put together and taste good.
Since it is tomato season, i usually cut up a tomato and call it all lunch. Very low fat lunch.
