Eat healthy and exercise. Drink lots of water. Try not to eat refined foods (white flour, white rice, sugar, etc.).
Also, your body needs at least 1200 calories a day just to perform it's functions. Women should eat around 1500 calories a day and men 1800, if they are trying to lose weight. Doing so you can lose around 2 lbs. a week.

The best and safest way to lose weight... is naturaly... watching what u eat.... drinking water.... and fast pace walk....
I lost 75lbs that way...everyday i walked for 1 hour
from Sep till Jan...
I was once 203 now im happy to say that i am 150.
you do it when its not that hot outside.... the cool weather will cool you off faster and help you breath better....
