There are so many morons and idiots out there on crotch rockets that I was thinking that perhaps they have a Maximum IQ requirement for anyone wanting to purchase one. Anyone more than one notch above retard is turned down.

If your IQ is high enough to sign the contract -- probably about 60 or so -- and you have the scratch you are fully qualified to strap 200 HP to your groin and make mincemeat out of yourself.

I used to drive an ambulance. We called them "organ donors".

It's a business, money talks & Bolanga walks. A good salesman will sell anybody a bike, so he can earn a living. If the person can meet the buying requirements, everything else has nothing to do with IQ.

These morons are asked only one question from the dealership... what is the shape of the tire,
1) square, 2) oval, 3) round, 4) none of these answers.
The majority of the morons answer # 4
I hope that this answers your question about the IQ test.

Happy Motoring.

Nope. You just need the money and an ID, and you have to "promise to buy insurance from someone." If you want a test ride, you also need a motorcycle driver's license.

Consider the other side. I met a motorcycle dealer who was a retard.

If I didn't know some of the boys, I'd think you were right. In these parts, at least, a mc fatality is less likely to be a drunk old fart on a cruiser than a kid doing 140 down a curved two lane, or going zip-splat on the rear end of an SUV.

You're going after the wrong thing. It's not the IQ that's the problem, it's common sense. Or perhaps an age limit would help.....but that would be mean.

And in fact it wouldn't help; I'm 40 and I have made one or two stupid moves!

Nope, they will sell one to a retarded person, if he's got the cash.

You can't fix stupid, and it's not the dealers fault for the way people ride or drive cars.
