Plugged follicles may take the form of either whiteheads, where the plug in the follicle remains beneath the skin's surface, or blackheads, where the plug in the follicle extends to the skin's surface and becomes visible. In the majority of these clogged follicles, the bacterium P. acnes will cause swelling, itching, and redness around the follicle.
The bacterium P. acnes is normally present in all skin types as part of the skin's sebum maintenance system.
Therefore, you can get them anywhere where you have a follicle. Use an astrigent and it will go away in a few days. If that does not work and you are sexually active and could have an STD, certainly, you should be tested.

They might be fordyce spots dude. Totally normal and common. Check 'em out on Wikipedia and see it this is what you have.. But if they are really pimples, it means you need to clean the area better every day. A thorough washing with soap and water followed by a penis health creme that contains Vitamin A is the way to go. This creme will help keep things extra clean down there. Hope this info helps.

Yes, but they're not common and look different than pimples on other parts of the body (because your penis is covered with a different kind of skin). They can sometimes be popped, but from my experience that's difficult to do. Good night!

Man if you are getting pimples on your penis you might want to go and get that checked by a doctor. You could have genital warts herpes or some other STD. I have attached a web page that will give you pictures of what each disease looks like. Take a look and see if you have anything similar. IF so go to the doctor immediately.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
