Yes, you can use Macromedia Dreamweaver (Studio 8.0 - thats the latest version) which is better than frontpage or any other editor.
You can find more info about it from www.macromedia.com which is now taken over by Adobe.

macromedia dreamweaver is a great program, and rumor has it- it is better than microsoft frontpage!
i would highly recommend it if you want to invest some money into buying it.
you can use WYSIWYG or html to create pages in dreamweaver.
WYSIWYG means no coding, and it looks like what will be on the internet once you create a site.
