me and a few other people share this computer and when yahoo pops up and they try to search the web using yahoo. other searches appear. how can i erase those old searches.

Go to your home page.
Click Tools
scroll down to internet options
click delete cookies
then click clear history
exit the menu by clicking ok

You should remove the history entries from the browser. If you are using IE then click "Tools" on Menu Bar then select "Internet Options...". Click on the "Clear History" on the General Tab and all history will get deleted.
In order to avoid repeatedly doing this you can also change "Day to keep pages in History" to 0(Zero) which will stop keeping history details.
If you think that cache files may be searched by them you may also click on "Delete Files..." to remove all cached files.

at the top of your explorer window click on tools. then internet options, delete cookies, delete files, clear history. thats the easy stuff, then you can do a serch for files modified today and delete the stuff you don't want public

Hello go to your web page that you want and go click on tools then scroll down to Internet options and click on that and go down to where it says History and just click clean history......
