After an over, does the bowler bowl from the opposite side of the pitch, or does the non-striking batsman walk to the opposite side of the pitch, and get bowled to again? Basically, do bowlers bowl to both sides of the pitch, or only one?

Bowlers bowl from both ends of the pitch and batsman does not switch over to face the new over. To make the answer more
clear, if Bowler A completes his over from one end, Bowler B
bowl from the other. When Bowler B completes his over, Bowler A again bowls from the end from where he bowled earlier.

Once the over ends, the wicket keeper moves to the other stump side and the field is set for the batsman in the other side. Bowlers bowl at both ends.

The batsmen doesn't have to move to the other end

Each over is bowled from alternating ends of the pitch with a different bowler. The bowlers can bowl multiple overs from their end (as it alternates) until the captain changes them, or it is the end of an innings.

From a team point of view nobody rules the cricket world now. The last two series against India has shown that Australia has come back to the pack. In the coming years South Africa will get to number one but I see no team dominating the way Australia did for such a long stretch of time. In purely monetary terms and the influence that that brings, India clearly is the dominant force in decision making. The old adage of money talks and people walk rings true.
