How much do u have to undress? Do u undress or does the doctor remove your clothes? I just had an embarrasing experience where a pediatrician lifted up my skirt!!

Some shots are done on the vein (I think you get shot on the arm for that), and some intramuscular (they shot you it your butt).
I think it would be easier to undress yourself. Maybe it's easier for a man, but if you're wearing a skirt, lift it up, or if you're wearing pants, lower them with your panties a little bit lower than half your, er, butt. Try to be relaxed (as much as possible). When you're relaxed, the skin is looser, and that makes the shot hurt less, or not hurt at all.

I had 2 over the winter holidays when I had bronchitis. I was no big deal. I undressed myself, maybe lowered the top half of my pants.
