The self declared "decider" has changed or ignored a great deal of things having to do with The Constitution and The Bill of Rights. Do you think "The Decider" will choose to stay in office with his people because the world is too complex right now? He could explain that we are at war and there cannot be a change because of our situation or that his next in comand must take charge and every one will just move around. Do you think this could happen?

Do you think 1/2 of America would Accept this? Would the other 1/2 be horrified?

Some good answers. Tele you must be from the UK wait and see they are just beginning to terrorize you too. The Bliar is just starting eventually you will see the truth like some of us do. Ask some of the other Europeans and some of us vomit when we call him something other than Bushy or Mr. or Decider. Get a clue.

PS If I use the decider in the question rather than a regular name I get fewer junk answers.

Beautiful answer leadfoot. Not many people know all that about the "Christian" man. I am not sure what version of the bible "the decider" has, but it sure is not a tradional one. It really does not matter because many people think he is illeterate anyway. Perhaps his wife can teach him to read while he is in federal prision after his presidency. I am with you. War crimes of the father lead to the son and the grandson.

George W. Bush issued 23 signing statements in 2001; 34 statements in 2002, raising 168 constitutional objections; 27 statements in 2003, raising 142 constitutional challenges, and 23 statements in 2004, raising 175 constitutional criticisms. In total, during his first term Bush raised a remarkable 505 constitutional challenges to various provisions of legislation that became law.

That number may be approaching 600 challenges by now.

Is there any doubt in anybodies mind that he will try something like that?

I sure wish "the decider" would decide to leave America alone. His family has done more to ruin our country and destroy the American way of life than any of our enemies abroad.

From financing the Third Reich to ordering American troops to "stand down" so Osama could escape. The Bush/Prescott clan has manipulated their wealth and position to turn America into a caste system.

I say, don't impeach Lil "w". Prosecute him. And while we're at it, hold his father accountable for the lives of those airmen he bailed out on during WW2.

The seed sure doesn't fall far from the tree.

I give it only a 40% chance that Bush would actually try to pull that in 2008.

But, he's already trying to argue that federal courts do not have the authority to review executive actions, no matter how illegal, and he's already said that he has the authority to ignore Congress at will. Both public statements, so they give you an idea what he's thinking.

Believe me, if Bush declared breathing illegal, there'd be more than enough Conservative pawns regurgitating excuses for him, with whatever breath they have left. The man above me is an example. Amazing how it wasn't until Bush got into office that it became damn near a social crime to blaspheme the name of "the Decider".

I'm a war president and a decisive decision decider. I go to bed thinking about war. If I decide to stay a war decider I'll be able to make another decisive decision on Iran. The only thing I can't decide is if I should decide to stay a decisive war decider.

Have you ever heard of a thing called The Constitution, or can't you get your lips off the crack pipe long enough to check it out ?

Howard,

My fellow patriots in the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy assure me that isn't the plan. You like what IS the plan even less :)

Are you in America...you can use names you know. It's safe to do that...slam your president and say that you think he's an idiot.

Bush was on telly this a.m., and he said something very appropriate...if we pull out now and the terrorists remain, then we'll be fighting them in our own cities not in theirs.

The best defense, is and always will be offense.

I'd feel safer than if a Democrat gets in office but it won't happen.
