Mederma cream is also great, It is made for the worst scars and stuff, should work like magic.. umm.. You should definitely moisturise your skin every day, Exfoliate skin gently ever second day so new skin cells can come through, Drink a lot of water :)

First thing you have to do, if you are smoking or taking an alcoholic drinks then it is time to quit if you really want to work on your scars. In the morning and evening before you go to bed, after taking a bath apply bioskincare cream and massage on scars then after 15 mins. apply rose hip oil, it should be done daily and religiously. In conjuction of these 2 products will make the healing more favorable. You also need to exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water.

I had Chicken Pox as a 2nd grader, but I did not scratch. I used calamine lotion and the bumps went away over time. Any scars that remained were gone after 3 months.

I had the chicken pox, and the only ones that left scars were the ones that I picked the scabs off of when it seemed others were sloughing off on their own. The "picked" ones are still around 30 years later.

you can try mederma scar reducer, but it is more for raised and red scars...how long ago was this? sometimes it can take a few years but scars fade. Vitamine E oil helps to make scars fade as well, but if they are pox scars that are sorta like little holes, there isnt much you can do about those ones...sorry

They make a product that lessens the appearence of scars. I don't know how new the scars have to be for it to work, but it is worth a try or at least look for it in the drugstore and read the label to see if it will work for you

The scars are permanent unless you get plastic surgery. To most people, they just look like regular dimples.

Take vitamin E pills and rub lotion with vitamin E into your scars every day.
They will fade eventually.
