If it is so, please read the schemes carefully, they might have given the procedure to avail those schemes. If they are asking to go to their site and avail online, you would be required to visit their websites by typing / keying their website address given in the scheme advertisement in your browser. There, read the terms and conditions carefully and go for the offers (schemes) only if you have understood them and those suit you.
You may be required a Credit / Debit card or online payment (funds transfer from your account) facility in respect of your bank account(s), to make online payments and retrieve receipts / acknowledgements etc. In case you are not thorough with these systems, please seek proper guidance to use online schemes.
Normally, airlines schemes can also be availed by visiting any of their sales offices. You may also opt such channels if not sure of online workings.
