I saw a commercial for Woolite detergent and I was wondering if it is really better for your clothes. If so..why?

I never thought so. I just use a mild liquid soap & have never had a problem.

Its a very very mild detergent. I use it on real fine clothes but if I wash a shirt in it the stains will still be there.

no you are spending money foolishly girl use dove or even a bar of ivory something that is gentle on your hands like Palmolive. it works just as good and then you have a product that is good for many uses.

It is a very gentle soap detergent.

Unless they have come out with one for all clothes, it's for hand laundry, special garments, and yes it's good stuff. I use it on delicates.
