Since two points determine a line, and you have lines
TQ and QT having the same points, they are always the same lines.

Rays JK and JL each have a common end point, so sometimes, provided k and l are points in the same ray then they would be the same ray, but try drawing other rays which would not be the same.

Think of a plane as a flat surface, can you draw lines that are not parallel in that plane? Can you draw lines that are parallel?

Think of two parallel planes, like a 1st and 2nd floor of a building, can you draw lines that are not parallel? Can you draw lines that are parallel.

The word is sometimes for the last two cases.

No this is not tricky.
