first locate your fuel pump.then turn the ignition key to the on position.take a test light and see if power is going to it.if not locate and check all fuses.
now if their is power to the pump you will need to drop the fuel tankand check the filter inside the fuel tank on the bottom of the pick up tube.
you may want to take it to a repair shop for this cause one the tand can be diffacult to remove and 2 it can be dangerous opening up the fuel tank.

Ford uses an inertia switch in their fuel pump circuits. If the pickup has either been bumped in a parking lot by someone driving by the Braille method or had something heavy and hard dropped in the bed, it is likely that switch has opened and needs to be reset.
It should be under the dash either next to the right side kick panel, or somewhere near the center heater floor duct, perhaps behind the floor mat.
This is a safety device to interrupt the fuel flow in the event of an accident. If the fuel pump is turned off, there is less likely to be a fuel fire.
If this switch is not the issue, there is also a fuel pump relay under the hood on the left side next to the PCM relay.
Check the fuel pump fuse again.
If it has 2 tanks, change tanks. If it is the pump that failed, the pump in the other tank should be fine. They rarely fail together.
Good Luck

Wow, I feel sorry for you that nobody really knows what they are talking about. OK, there is an enertia switch on this vehicle. So if it turns upside down, the fuel pump shuts off. It will be under the dash in the middle, way back by the firewall close to the floor. Get a flashlight and you can reach back to it and push the button. Some of them were placed behind the driver's seat. Good luck. It's a small black box with a red button on it.

You mean fuel pump, right? Disconnect the fuel line at the in-line filter, turn the key to ON and see if you're pumpin'. If not, It's probably a burned out pump. Did you run it low on fuel? Gasoline cools the pump......don't run her low!

Fuel injected its probably the fuel pump in your fuel tank, but i would check your fuel relay first by having someone cycle your ignition while you have your finger on top of it feeling for the relay to click.
