Check iTunes. I'm a dance teacher and I like using African music for one of the modern classes that I teach. If you search "African music" in their search engine, a few album suggestions will come up, and you can widen your search from there. Aside from that, here are a few possible suggestions for you:

1) African Tribal Music and Dances: Tribal Music on Location (2006, Legacy International, released Jan. '06, 22 songs)
2) South African Music by Peter Marchbank, National Symphony Orchestra of the S.A.B.C. (10 songs)

I found both of those on iTunes. Good luck to you :)
