I need help with my 1994, toyotal celica 1.8 liter ST? (is that what they call them?) Anyway, it has stock tail lights and head lights and as people that try modify this year will find they dont make custom headlights for this model celica. Does anybody know of any other model car or year i can buy that will fit into it?

No direct replacement that I know of. You can get "blue tint" headlight bulbs that fit any car. "cat's eyes" (pseudo legal or maybe illegal in some states) are made like this:
You get a blue jewelled indicator light from Radio Shack or similar store. !/2 to 3/4 inch diameter. Mount this indicator light directly over the bulb by drilling a hole in the taillight lens. The indicator light lens mounts in with a screw around the bezel of the indicator light lens.

From behind this gives you a reddish magenta color when just the taillights are on: it changes to a bright magenta when you hit the brake lights.

They look really neat at night, and I think they show up better than the stock lights. But you might get an equipment ticket for it!

You might be able to "beat" the ticket by blocking off the blue jewelled indicator lens with a masking tape "spitball", thuis blocking off the blue light from the rear. Or the cops may amke you replace the lens all together. Most cops let that stuff slide, but you know how cops are!!!

Let me start by saying that I assume you want to change the appearance of the lights housing and not just the color of the light that comes from it?

Don't waste your time with shiney "altezza style" lights or excessive projectors on the front. Most of these aftermarket "ricer" lights fade and turn yellow very quickly and are frowned upon by any serious tuner.

You, however, are not out of luck.

The 6th generation Toyota Celica sold in Japan can be found with very nice crystal lensed projectors. These lights do not have the ugly pattern on the lense that diffuses the light, plus they are glass not plastic. You will find them on ebay every now and then, but they are usually quite expensive. $300-600.

here is a pic from a pair on ebay right now: http://i24.ebayimg.com/01/i/07/b0/04/8e_1.JPG

These headlights combined with a decent HID kit will definitely get you some attention.

As for the tail lights, their is one type of aftermarket light floating around, but they arn't much different... they are red like normal but the yellow part of yours is clear instead. Nothing too drastic.

And too directly answer your question, no, you do not want to try to use any other cars lights unless you plan on making a custom hood, fenders, and bumper =)
