Men will more likely become extinct as the Y chromosome is getting smaller. Because of cloning, women would be able to survive without men. Since there would only be X chromosomes, all babies would be female even if they were to use the DNA from one woman's egg to fertilize another. There is a type of lizard where the male has already become extinct, it's called the whiptail lizard. Having males become extinct would be just fine since living with females is not a good option and living without them is not possible.
But to actually answer your question... to make females extinct would be pretty easy. Pass a law that says manipulation is punishable by death and enforce it. Men would take a fair number of acceptable casualties, however, the females would be executed in droves!

That's never going to happen, seeing as women are the ones that kind of do that thing.. umm what's it called oh yeah give birth to children.. It's much much more likely men will be made extinct as they're no longer needed. Now that we have the technology we don't even need men... So good luck with that project, think you might fail though.

dont have sex anymore and kill off all the women ....or just dont have sex anymore no usually men die at an earlier age so that wont work either hmmmm not sure unless the men kill us off
