Don't you just hate the " What is your biggest weakness question?"

To me that shows a weakness on the part of the interviewer, not being able to come up something more creative.

Below please reply as you would if you could reply any way you wanted.

I have absolutley no morals and I need money now!! uh, don't ask why, it's safer for you. I bring all my personal issues to work, too. Just wait til my 9th husband comes barrreling in here drunk. Oh, and on food day I only bring jello molds.

What is your biggest weakness. Ah... this is a trick question and the person being interviewed and "use it to their advantage"

How would I answer.

You ask a fair question, what is my biggest weakness. Well actually one of my biggest weaknesses is one of my biggest strengths as well. I am a very take charge and energetic person when it comes to analysis and problem solving. What I'm working on is focusing my enthusiasm more and learning to sit back, think and really look at all the options before moving forward on something".

I usually tell people not asking for help from other people. I am stubborn and generally like to do things the right way the first time and asking for help is a bit of a struggle.

But your right. I hate this question. I usually want to say what the mother.... do you want to know what my weakness is....it would be the lack of me holding back from shoving this number two pencil up your nose for asking that question.

I had an interviewer once who asked me what I would do if I got an obnoxious & abusive caller on the telephone.

Now this interviewer already knew that I am deaf in my left ear.

With a straight face, I replied, "I'd just shift the phone to my deaf ear."

I got the job lol

This question is about integrity not any actual weakness. If the answer is is weak, like "I work too hard" or "I am a perfectionist" it is a sign that this person is unable to accept criticism or evaluate the quality of their own work honestly.

My biggest weakness is my inability to answer questions that are obviously a lead into self humility or to reveal shortcomings on my behalf that are irrelevent to the current situation.

I actually like to see what other people say and what may be their weakness or strength. I mean we all have them and sharing them is a way for us all to help each other cope with our own. That's just my opinion though!

My biggest weakness is caring too much about my job. I always want to do my best and sometimes I try to hard to please. Sometimes I take problems home with me to work out on my own time.

If I could say anything I wanted I would just say I have trouble staying awake on the job unless I feel physically aroused by my colleagues...and then Yawn.
