wee got to fight! fight for our right, fight for our education, and fight for our communities. We have to stop asking the white men to give us a chance, we just gotta work 10 times as hard as they do and make our own way. above all we have got to stick together and not let the white man divide us with all of his hate and fears.

Sure, women and minorities can change the oppression but you all need the secret key..... you have to get the oppressed minorities and women educated. you need to help them all to learn work evictics and to learn to fight their oppressor will intelligence instead of threats of violence and harm. What white over-privileged males do respect is successful minorities showing other minorities how to succeed in their lives. The less you concentrate on the negative of the oppressors the more you have time to accentuate the positives of the oppressed.

If you feel you are "oppressed" by me and my White brethren, just remind yourself how we feel when we work 40, 50, 60 hours a week to make up for the big chunk of change that Uncle Sam takes from our hard earned money to keep minorities on their couches and porches in the projects.

As a white male in the U.S. I'd like to point out that all of us are not over-privileged. Many of us are struggling to make it and are on the same point as many other Americans, of any ethnic background, and both sexes. This is not to say that some people aren't intentionally held back, but as to say that you're not in the boat alone.

Sort of funny that the first answer to this question mentioned Oprah, which was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the race-baiting question.
The solution not reolution, is to start taking resposibility for your own actions and stop looking for wild excuses for your own failures. If you can't get that job that you aren't qualified for anyway, don't blame "The Man", just face the reality that you need to work harder.

Education is your best offense. Look at Condi Rice! I have read her
biography and she is amazing! She is so smart! I think the second thing would be ambition. Even if you are a white female though you get passed up by all the white male idiots though so I think it is
hard to get past them. There is still a lot of prejudice against women in this world.

If a person feels that they have been wronged, it is their duty to speak out. In doing so, they must address the specific wrongs that have been wrought upon them.
If I ask the question "my neighbor is infringing on my rights what should I do?"
A rational person will ask "with what specific action has your neighbor wronged you?"
Oppression is a condition that arises from actions. You should address specific injuries to you and ask how those may be mitigated.

Yes there is. It's called a sperm bank and making sure that women only give birth to female babies. It may take a couple of generations, though!
