Yes, but it greatly reduces - almost destroys - the effect of the mouthwash. A better solution would be to try another mouthwash and find one that feels better to your tongue.

Change your mouthwash to one that does not have alcohol. And dont rnse with water after, rather before you use the mouthwash.

Yes you can.
Mouthwash just get rids of the film that foods and saliva can leave behind, so after a good gargle, you can rinse mouth out with water, no prob.

yes because the mouthwash has done it's job for the 30 sec that you swish. The water wont do anything and its free.

at least you use mouthwash....a lot of people dont. I would use the crest stuff that isnt harsh if its that big of a deal you would need to rinse with water.
