find a dead cat or dog on the side of the road and bring it home and buy a leash for it, then tie it to the rear axle or their car and laugh as they pull away dragging the already dead animal.....most people will think that it is his pet and that he killed it by accident

I wish i had a good prank for my neighbors. They have 2 neons that sound like trains and come and go all night long. when they back out of thier drive way they punch the gas when they get by my place and my kids and me get woke up all the time

I'm glad I'm not your neighbor! If you were, I'd have to invite you over for dinner, make soup, and find a dead opposum or racoon or something, have my husband ('cuz I wouldn't do it!) cut it up and like put the head in your bowl or something!

We did that to a K-9 Cop........ People were going crazy trying to flag the cop down. Wish we had a video camera.
The animal we used was a road kill coyote.

take a can of shaving cream. foam. not gel.
freeze it. frozen.
cet the bottom off. pull out the frozen cream.
put it into a warm car.
it fills up the car with cream.
