Unfortunately you do not mention the make and model of your 3in1. Different units have different accessways.
That being the case, reference your units owners manual, there should be documentation with easy to understand instructions with illustrations for simplicity.

Need the Make and Model number of the 3-in-1.
Go to your printer's manufacturer's website and look in either Support, Q&A or Troubleshooting section
