once you have the stuff to want you need to use a video converter so that itunes will reconize the files. I use the Jodix Video converter on download.com. its free and easy. just open the program and follow the instructions to add videos. it takes a while but all converters do. once the files are converted itunes should add them automatically. If it doesnt just click on add file or add folder. To play videos on your ipod you'll have to make a play list labeled 'video' and add everything to that to access them.
It really easy just slightly tedious. Good Luck!

first you need an ipod video. then go to itunes and buy a video or music video for $1.99. Then hook your ipod to the computer and it goes onto the ipod automatically

You can download files using any p2p network like the ares and then convert into mp4 or mov formats using 3rd party softwares like the 3GP_converter or videodra
