Well Sharpay is a self centered person. She doesn't like people beating her at stuff. But at the end, where everything was lost, she had nothing to lose, so i guess she just made up. Strange things movies. I have no idea how old you are, but if u are 13 and up, don't watch that move, it is has morales for an 8 year old.

b/c it's a movie, and the cliche' ending means they have to become friends. Same thing in Mean Girls when everyone like Cady again in the end.
