when i bbq i do usual burgers and sausages but also get pork bacon slices they r thicker than bacon and in pork section rather than bacon section of store marinade in bbq sauce and schwartz bbq seasoning-delish. another recipe 4 them is lemon fresh chopped garlic and basil. also, paint thin lamb steaks or chops in mint sauce and sprinkle with rosemary. u can use these marinade with chicken also esp bbq sauce, chinese sauce or garlic and basil. also, thin steak marinaded with black pepper and worcester sauce or schwartz steak seasoning.
