My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant just recently (only a few days ago) Ever since my vaginal area has brought on a strong odor, could this be or is it a sign of pregnancy?

This has never occured otherwise when I was on the birth control pill and he would *** inside of me.

could be vaginitis. It is another vaginal infection. You will have to be examined at the doctor for diagnosis. I don't remember ever having an odor when I was pregnant, but maybe it is possible.

No honey, you are not yet aware of your body fully. First off if you are trying that hard to get pregnant and having a lot of sex you probably have an increased amount of mouisture in that area therefore just leading to more smell and more odor. Secondly how long have u been off of the birth control??? Be prepared for it to take 6-12 months off of the birth control to get pregnant. Dont rush into something.

I think she's right. I do know that towards the middle of pregnancy the smell changes to being slightly metallic, but it is much too soon for that. I would probably go to the doctor just to be sure. Yeast infections aren't anything to joke about.

Going off the pill can make your body go through different changes then you are used to. I would give it a day or so to go away and if it does not then I would call your doctor to make sure everything is okay. You do not want to get pregnant if you have an infection now.

I always thought odors were an indication of yeast infections, but I could be wrong. If you are pregnant, it would be way to early to know yet.

My guess is that you don't smell any different than you did before you were trying to conceive--just that you are more aware of your natural fragrance. If you are bathing regularly, I'm sure you smell just fine. give yourself at least 12 months to get pregnant, then check with your doctor. Just calm down and enjoy your physical relationship with your husband. Once those babies start arriving, you'll be more distracted by other responsibilities.

For sure if you have been trying a few days you cant be pregnant yet. You need to relax.......dont be thinking about it then for sure you wont get pregnant. It has to be natural, and fun. Drink lots of water you may have an infection.
