all you need to do is play 20 rated games...unrated ones do not count.

Not sure what you mean by enhanced?
If you mean that you are a provisional player and you want to see a rating beside your name (except in social lounges), you will have to complete 20 "rated" games.
If you are referring to the Yahoo All-Star Package where you have a little star beside your name, get to pick avatars that are different to that which you get in regular yahoo games, plus other advantages, you can go here >>> http://games.yahoo.com/allstar/done= for a free 14 day trial, but then you will have to pay to keep it.
