Low potassium can cause tingling in face and hands, don't know about legs. Try eating bananas or drinking orange juice if you don't already.

Unfortunately... you people just do not say enough... I do not know HOW long you have had the tingling.. Are you tired, fatigued? Do the arms feel EXTREMELY heavy? How long has this been going on....If for a long time, It could be serious and you SHOULD have seen a doctor in the past.. It sounds like MLS if as described above.. I HOPE NOT..

If Just a day or so.. then a common cause for the tingling is anxiety disorders.. Again, I do not know if you had something in your life during the past day or so to create an anxiety in /to your system... The Problem is that I just do not know enough about your symptoms.

Don't know about the face, but I do know that the arms and legs are because of circulation being cut off to the offending appendage. If you ever get bored, hang you arm over a chair back for 5-10 min. Fascinating feeling.

It might be a pinched nerve (you didn't give much information)....I had problems with the ergonomics of my home computer workstation which caused me upper back problems, which in turn caused muscle tension, which caused those irritating tingly nerve problems. Changed my chair, adjusted my monitor, and visited the chiropractor (to fix the kinks I put in my upper back)...and am great now! Don't know if that is what is wrong with you....as I always say though, if in doubt, visit your doctor!

Lack of calcium for one.
Take a couple of Tums, and if the tingling goes away in a couple of hours, then that was it.
If not, see your doc.
