I am a cosmetologist and I'm on my feet all day...but I like to look professional at work so I do wear heals to work, but I try to stay under the 3 inch mark. If I go any higher than that...my feet hurt at the end of the day. I also try to find shoes with a wide heal (like boots or wedges)

Nope, I work on a patient care floor at a hospital. The thought of wearing high heels all day is just to painful to contimplate!

it depends how much walking you do. if you go up and down the stairs a lot or walk around the office often, it would be better to wear flats because heels get tiring, especially higher ones.

I did until my toes started pointing inward like the shape of a shoe. Now I don't. Ever, anywhere. Save them for special.

if u walk a lot at work then u shouldnt, but if u sit down and dont do much walking, or do a little bit of walking then u should it will always make your look sophisticated.

I did for about a year then my lower back got all out of whack. I don't recommend it unless you're going to be sitting most of the time.
